Senior Accountant

Currently partnering with a client looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will oversee financial reporting, manage accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This is a Peninsula‑side location easily commutable from Hampton, York County, Williamsburg, and the Southside via the HRBT. It a fully onsite opportunity. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities Oversee and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations Manage and process investor distributions, including tracking and reporting Prepare and file personal property tax returns and business license applications/renewals Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis Review property-level financials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with corporate reporting Assist with tax request and work directly with external accountants as needed Qualifications 3+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience Strong GL accounting knowledge CPA preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
