Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and storing materials throughout the warehouse or production facility while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, and/or electric pallet jack equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs.
