Sirius Analyst, Security Operations

This role will execute on internal projects for the Security practices, where the projects do not require external customer facing project management activities or deliverables. Executes activities of designated projects and associated personnel to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frames, resource constraints and funding parameters. Responsible for the execution and maintenance of Security Operations programs while escalating potential risks, deadlines and milestones to manager. Works within Security Operations to maintain and execute initiatives related to the recruiting, onboarding and rewarding/developing/retaining of Security employees across Pre Sales and Professional Services. Communicates with Services LOB leadership, Pre-Sales, Delivery Management, Consultants and other resources related to Services initiative activity, enrollment, status and results. Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesWorks with Security Practice leaders to execute program initiatives, schedules and logistics activitiesMaintains and Executes Security Operations programs including Onboarding for Pursuit and Delivery, SA (Solution Architect) Training, Security Certification coordination, enablement program logistic execution, Security portal content maintenance and practice Brainshark library/collateral. Communicates with Practice LOB Managers, Pursuit and Delivery new hires, and SAs on training program availabilityExecutes special projects by completing industry, vendor, location and partner researchOrders/acquires/ships materials necessary for initiatives.Partners with HR Recruiting team by coordinating quarterly headcount needs and tracks progress. Communicates hot practice openings needing additional support and attention.Researches data and produces analytics and summary information to run the business. This may include competitive data, LOB retention data and forecasts, optimization analysis, efficiencies and avoidances metrics for headcount retention and onboardingAdministrative Overhead – Responds to email, phone calls, completes time cards in a timely manner, expense reports and status reports as requiredBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related fieldAt least three (3) years of work experience supporting IT Pre Sales, Professional Services or Training and Development functionsOther Required QualificationsAbility to create, manage and update practice dashboard metrics from programsProven ability to complete work that requires a high level of attention to detail Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a Remote/Corporate/Regional team environment where remote communication is a must Demonstrated verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite productsProven organizational skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously, including flexibly changing priorities as needed Preferred QualificationsAt least three (3) years experience with recruiting, onboarding new hires and/or supporting employee development programsExperience in related project/program management or maintaining medium to large projects that involve coordination of multiple resources, vendors, subcontractors and financial budget administration Three (3) or more years work experience in an IT reseller environment Project Management CertificationDemonstrated customer service skills Data Privacy and SecurityAll Sirius employees are responsible to safeguard the information and information systems that they use or handle in the execution of their duties.
