Physical Therapist - Acute Care and Outpatient

Location: Chewelah, WA and Colville, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:20 - 17:50), Monday - Thursday

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide both inpatient and outpatient care at two critical access hospitals. The role involves traveling between facilities to ensure continued patient care in acute settings during the day.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide therapy interventions focusing on mobility, balance, and overall recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with established healthcare protocols and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a therapy setting.
• Familiarity with Epic charting preferred.
