What You'll Do:
- Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
- Weigh and combine raw materials following exact batch instructions
- Fill, label, and palletize containers of adhesive and sealant products
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-day workweek - enjoy long weekends
- Clean, climate-controlled facility
