If you have 4 years of experience as an anesthesiologist, you will make a great addition to this team. In this role, you'll provide clinical coverage across multiple facilities throughout the state. A willingness to travel is essential. Compensation Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $650,000 to $750,000 annually Signing bonus: $70,000 Schedule 80 hours biweekly in accordance with facility needs Call pay and premium pay for hours worked over 80 in a pay period Maximum of six (6) paired Saturday/Sunday days for a total of up to twelve (12) weekend days per year About the Role Must reside in the state of Massachusetts A minimum of 4 years of experience is required for this role PTO: 12 weeks Reimbursement for travel and lodging (all lodging/travel is booked through Concur) CME and other support Access to our best-in-class proprietary education platform, TeamHealth Institute, for online modules, approved by ASA for CME Leadership training and opportunities Support of national network of anesthesiology experts Outstanding risk management program Ready for your next adventure?
