Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

FULL TIME POSITION AND PAY. WORK 9AM-5PM 4 DAYS A WEEK. NO WEEKENDS!

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Niskayuna, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for State Farm Agent Dave Hesler, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Personal Lines license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $31,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
