Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional dining experience by managing a section of tables in our vibrant and busy atmosphere. Promote our unique Natural/Biodynamic wine and spirits offerings to enhance our customers' dining experiences. Maintain a team-oriented mindset to contribute to our successful tip pool system. Adhere to high standards of organization, attention to detail, and sanitation in compliance with health department standards. Foster a respectful and positive work environment for all coworkers and guests. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional server, preferably in Fine Dining. Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, with a particular focus on Natural/Biodynamic offerings. Knowledge of Southern Indian cuisine and food preparation techniques is a plus, but not required. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere. Demonstrated ability to follow direction and maintain a team-oriented mindset. A track record of creating a respectful, positive work environment. A strong understanding of current sanitation practices and health department standards.
