We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee the operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $63,000-68,000.

8. Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant sales, profitability, and expenses to drive financial success. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a successful general manager in the restaurant industry is preferred.(Min 2yrs)
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, create a positive work environment, and drive results.
3. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
5. High Standards: Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the business.
7. Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site tasks, such as making deposits.
8. Continuous Learning: A true desire to learn and grow professionally, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
