Ancient Crunch Inc. is a food manufacturing company based in Hackettstown, NJ. We make healthy snacks that we're proud of and run an operation that's always moving…  and growing exponentially. We are a tight-knit team with many, many moving parts. This company was built from the ground up…  our CEO started this company out of his garage. Four years later, we are now operating out of our own manufacturing facility. That said, we're looking for students and graduates who want to grow with us. We are looking to fill roles in Supply Chain, Chemical, Electrical, & Mechanical Engineering, Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Business, and more. Working with us is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students who want  real hands-on experience working in space that is  quite literally revolutionizing the  real food industry.

You'll get hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee development, manager support, HR operations, and company culture. You'll work closely with all walks of life in our company, from executives to managers to employees all across our business.
