Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Saint Charles, MO by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Serve as part of an OTR team delivering dry van freight nationwide with modern trucks under three years old—equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers.

What You’ll Do:

• Run a 77¢/mile split pay plan with weekly averages around 5,000 miles
• Secure bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and accurate log entries
• Coordinate routes and ensure on-time delivery

Enjoy home time every two weeks along with health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k). Must hold a CDL A and have at least 12 months’ OTR driving experience.
