Office location: Knoxville, TN. Coverage area: Maryville, TN. Schedule: Full-Time; Days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm). Responsibilities Provide 1:1 care for clients following each client’s plan of care at all times, maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the plan of care and assessments. Accurately document all nursing actions and communicate progress, outcomes, and any changes in the client’s medical condition to families, case managers, and physicians. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand. Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with the physician’s instructions. Qualifications LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with a current, unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance. CPR professional certification. 1+ years of nursing experience preferred. Home health care experience preferred.
