Technical Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and support application, system, and platform integrations.
- Define technical requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, and workflows.
- Support integration patterns including APIs, batch/file interfaces, database integrations, and middleware solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Support BPM workflows, process modeling, and system dependencies.
- Assist with integration testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and issue tracking.
- Contribute to process improvements and delivery enhancements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
- Strong experience with system integrations, data flows, and technical documentation.
- Experience with APIs, SQL, relational databases, and file-based integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery, SIT/UAT testing, and production issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, qTest, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Financial services, investment management, or banking experience.
- Experience with BPM platforms and workflow solutions.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
- Experience with SEI platforms is a plus.
