Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist leads and coordinates the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for the Enterprise. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates; ensuring compliance with Tribal Preference provisions, gaming regulatory requirements, and organizational hiring policies; supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process; and developing workforce attraction initiatives that strengthen the organization's employer brand and talent pipeline.The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a trusted recruitment partner and ambassador for the organization. This position requires an outgoing, approachable, and engaging professional who is comfortable building relationships, networking within Tribal and non-Tribal communities, promoting employment opportunities, and creating a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Minimum QualificationsAssociate's Degree and three (3) years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience; ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, including at least two (2) years in a recruitment-focused role.Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEnergetic, self-motivated, and confident in promoting employment opportunities and organizational culture to prospective candidates.Enthusiastic, personable, and approachable with a natural ability to connect with people.Confident public representative who enjoys networking, community outreach, and candidate engagement.Knowledge of recruitment, selection, interviewing, and employment practices.Strong understanding of Tribal Preference requirements and applicable employment laws.Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Ability to effectively present information to applicants, managers, and organizational leaders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Working ConditionsFrequent use of computers and standard office equipment.May require travel to recruiting events, job fairs, educational institutions, and organization facilities.May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work for recruitment activities.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during recruiting events and daily work activities.Licenses and CertificationsMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the organization's insurance carrier guidelines.Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission and any other applicable laws.Preference: Applies to Native Americans in accordance with applicable tribal law.
