Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Manager for Broadstone Ascend in Avondale, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, lead on-site teams, and align leasing activities with financial goals while ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent collection, vendor management, and coordinating maintenance, leasing, and inspections to maximize occupancy and revenue.
