Behavioral Psychologist

Location: Springfield, VA (Onsite)

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Required; CI Polygraph eligible

Employment Type: Full-Time

PKH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Behavioral Psychologist to support a federal intelligence customer in advancing insider threat detection, personnel security, risk assessment, and organizational resilience initiatives. This role provides behavioral science expertise to mission partners across the intelligence, counterintelligence, security, and law enforcement communities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide behavioral science expertise supporting insider threat, personnel security, counterintelligence, and threat management activities.

·        Conduct direct and indirect psychological assessments and evaluate behavioral risk indicators.

·        Collaborate with personnel security, law enforcement, and investigative stakeholders on complex cases.

·        Develop and deliver training, briefings, and educational programs.

·        Conduct research, policy reviews, literature reviews, and validation studies.

·        Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for leadership.

Required Qualifications

·        Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

·        Current unrestricted psychology license in the United States.

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in operational, national security, forensic, personnel, police, military, or corrections psychology.

·        Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting test results.

·        Strong report writing, interviewing, consultation, and communication skills.

·        Active TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Qualifications

·        Experience supporting insider threat programs.

·        Experience with ICD 704, personnel security adjudications, or continuous evaluation programs.

·        Experience conducting forensic, fitness-for-duty, or public safety assessments.

·        Intelligence Community or DoD experience.

·        Experience collaborating with data scientists or behavioral modelers.
