TM Responsibilities Parkview Medical Center – 1,750+ Deliveries Annually NICU – ADC of 4 Well Baby Nursery – ADC of 11 24‑Hour Shift: daily rounding in the NICU and Well Baby Nursery, on call from home with call back into hospital for emergencies or high‑risk deliveries Emergency department consultations for neonates, procedures in the nursery, and opportunity to participate in family practice resident teaching Full‑time: 8‑10 shifts per month Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master’s degree Competitive compensation package with sign‑on bonuses and relocation assistance Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master’s degree Benefits And Compensation Salary Range: $115,000 – $175,000 based on years of experience Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign‑on bonuses and relocation assistance.
