• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload and travel between school sites
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based interventions

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for a diverse student population
• Serve a caseload of at least 40 students, spanning multiple school sites
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise to team decisions, and maintain accurate records
• Deliver therapy services exclusively onsite—virtual or remote options are not available
• Promote functional development and classroom participation, targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
