Veterinary Assistant Position
VCA Lockwood Ridge Animal Hospital is hiring a full time Veterinary Assistant to join our team!
We are a three doctor full service veterinary hospital offering primary care, illness care, surgery and dentistry located in Sarasota, FL.
Candidates must be positive and motivated. The hospital team meets frequently, and your ideas and suggestions are encouraged to help us continue to grow. Our team takes pride in fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and recognition while being adaptable, goal driven and engaged. Compensation: $17 - $21 / hour is based on skill set, and experience
Schedule: Full Time, weekend rotation required
What You'll Do
Whether you are a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) or technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you've invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
