Technical Program Manager with Volume Licensing (Redmond)

Key Responsibilities

• 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience in infrastructure or hardware/software lifecycles.
• Experience with Python, Bash, SQL, or dashboarding tools.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Legal, and Software Release teams.
• Drive software licensing compliance automation across build and release workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Legal teams to define and enforce licensing requirements.
• Manage licensing programs, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
• Maintain compliance tracking records and coordinate periodic code and legal reviews.
• Establish streamlined legal review processes for new product introductions (NPI).

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000 per year
