About the Role

As a Weekend RN Supervisor (Longview), you will be responsible for:

Overseeing and managing the nursing team on weekends, ensuring seamless patient care and daily operations
Providing clinical guidance and mentorship to our nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Managing staffing, scheduling, and assignment of tasks to ensure efficient use of resources

Responsibilities

Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Develop and implement effective strategies for staffing, scheduling, and assignment of tasks

Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance concerns

Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address any patient care issues or concerns

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
