Location: 1139 Main Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886 Facility: LTC/SNF Shift: 3pm 11pm & 11pm - 7am (Five Days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 8 weeks Pay rate: $40/hr on W2 Travel Pay Package: $2000/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• State LPN license
• BLS/CPR preferred
• Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
• Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RNs.
• Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
