Job Details Title - Instructional Designer Duration - 12+ months (Possibility of extension or conversion) Location - Reston, VA (Remote) — willing to go onsite once per month Pay - $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Seniority level - Mid-Senior level Employment type - Contract Job function - Design Industries - Hospitals and Health Care Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality learning products including courses, videos, and job aids Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze needs and define project scope Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery Create visually appealing content aligned with brand standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in instructional design or training roles Expertise with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bonus Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field E-Learning Instructional Design Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ready to transform learning experiences?
