General Overview This part‑time RN role (24 hours/week) involves day shifts, primarily 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations to support home infusion services and clinical operations. The position requires regular local travel within the service area, including patient homes and infusion sites, with mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop and implement individualized care plans. Promote culturally sensitive care and evaluate changes in patient condition. Collaborate with the interprofessional team. Qualifications Nursing diploma/associate’s degree and RN license. Preferred 2–5 years of experience, especially in home health.
