Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Float for its Flowery Branch, Georgia location. The role involves performing blood collections, specimen processing, and patient services across multiple sites with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other analyses
- Process and prepare specimens for testing while maintaining accurate patient logs
- Enter patient data and process billing information with timely payment collection
- Travel to additional clinical sites as assigned to support operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from accredited agency
- Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 21 years old
Compensation: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement for float role; eligible for quarterly PST performance bonus
