Seeking a Contingent Construction Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Temple, TX. This individual will serve as the owner’s representative, providing on-site leadership by overseeing contractors, driving schedule adherence, coordinating daily field activities, and ensuring project execution remains aligned with overall objectives. This is a leadership-focused role that emphasizes project oversight and stakeholder coordination rather than design-level technical responsibilities.

Key Focus: There is already a Connectivity Engineer supporting this site, so the ideal candidate will bring strong Construction Management leadership with a well-rounded history in Telecommunications and MEP. We are seeking a versatile, hands-on construction professional who can effectively oversee multiple disciplines and drive project success.

Experience Level

Intermediate-Level Professional – Ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in construction and project management who are ready to take ownership of field execution, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day project leadership on a large-scale construction initiative.

This is a Contract position based out of Temple, TX.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
