See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position Overview: As a Paint Technician I, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Essential Functions: Perform operations to prepare parts for painting such as sorting, sanding, masking, and hanging.Sort parts subsequent to paint and perform salvage-type operations such as sanding and finesse.Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards.
