Position Description: Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor the Laboratory Assistant is responsible to perform laboratory testing following the policies and procedures of the Laboratory Department and the hospital. The Laboratory Assistant utilizes the process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Laboratory performance. Qualifications Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory experience required. High School Diploma or Undergraduate Academic Degree. California Certified Phlebotomy Tech license. CPI required within 30 days of hire.
