Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Account Representative to join a wholesale company serving specialty retailers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, solving problems, and keeping details organized.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone and electronic communication in a professional and helpful manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to account questions, order inquiries, and product-related requests
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and confirm solutions
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information
- Follow up on orders and customer requests as needed
- Use Microsoft Office and other computer systems to complete daily tasks
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling multiple priorities
- Build positive working relationships with customers and team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous customer service, account management, order processing, or office experience preferred
