Mechanical Piping Lead
H and G Systems | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
$40–$45/Hour + Take-Home Truck | Full-Time, Year-Round
Lead complex mechanical piping projects with a respected DFW mechanical contractor since 1968. Work on data centers, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, laboratories, and healthcare facilities requiring specialized HVAC, piping, and retrofit installations.

What You'll Do
- Lead mechanical piping installations on commercial/industrial projects
- Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and materials
- Perform advanced pipe welding, fabrication, and fitting
- Oversee chilled water systems, pumps, chillers, and specialty equipment
- Support retrofits, plant shutdowns, and system upgrades
- Mentor apprentices and support workforce development
What You Need
- Strong commercial/industrial HVAC piping experience
- Advanced welding experience (6010, 6011, 7018 electrodes)
- TIG welding on stainless steel piping
- Copper soldering (1/4" through 3" piping)
- Proficiency with grooved, threaded, ProPress, and MegaPress systems
- Experience leading apprentices, helpers, or small crews
- Valid driver's license, insurable record
