Role Overview Seeking a registered nurse to deliver professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). The nurse will support hospital mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care ensuring safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring understanding of care plans. Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and timely. Assume responsibility for the nursing components of patient education and care. Adhere to hospital standards, promote teamwork, and utilize communication skills. Take initiative for professional growth and development; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current Basic Life Support certification. Current nursing license in Texas or eligibility.
