Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Governance, Data Masking, or Test Data Management
Strong experience in Banking & Financial Services
Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2
Strong knowledge of Data Masking and Test Data Management
Strong understanding of Database Development and Administration
Experience with Oracle databases
Exposure to IBM Optim and Mainframe processes

Key Responsibilities

Perform Data Discovery and Classification activities.
Design and implement Test Data Management and Data Masking solutions .
Provide solutioning and technical design for data masking requirements.
Develop automation and scripting to support masking and test data processes.
Collaborate with business, technical, security, and compliance stakeholders.
Support Compliance, Data Privacy, and Governance requirements.
Work with IBM Optim and Mainframe data processes.
Perform database administration and provide technical support as required.
Ensure masked data meets security, privacy, regulatory, and testing requirements.
