As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, gaining valuable life experiences beyond serving delicious food in a friendly atmosphere.Position Type:Full-time and Part-timeOur Benefits Include:A fun work environment where you can positively influence othersFlexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)Learning from experienced Operators and Restaurant LeadersOpportunities for intentional growth and developmentScholarship opportunitiesCompetitive payInventory Specialist Team Member Responsibilities:?Checks truck receipt against inventory that was delivered to the store.?Ensures all inventory that was ordered was delivered by the supplier.?Put all items from the truck up in its respective place in the store.?Organizes all inventory in the store including but not limited to: combining any like product when necessary, cutting down boxes to save space and make product easily accessible, etc.?Submits any documentation, electronically or physical, needed to get credit for product not received.?Borrow product if needed from other stores.?Perform any daily, weekly or monthly cleaning that is needed.?Conducts end of month inventory count.?Rotates product according to first in, first out.?Supports the vision of the operatorand communicates with the leadership team inventory that did not arrive on the truck or is missing.?Demonstrates the knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.?Demonstrates the ability to welcome guests through sharing eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, smiling, andstayingconnected until the end of the guest experience.Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issuesFollow Chick-fil-A rules and dress codeOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Consistent, reliable, and detail-orientedCheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving othersStrong interpersonal skills and customer service orientationAble to work independently and in a teamFlexible schedule availabilityAbility to lift and carry up to 75 lbs dailyCapable of standing for extended periodsLocation: Chick-fil-A James Island 849 Folly Road Charleston, SC 29412If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in the food & beverage industry, apply now to join the Chick-fil-A family!Working at a Chick-fil-A? restaurant is more than a job - its an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
