Overview Accountant position with a stable organization in the western suburbs of Chicago. The company emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment tracking Support tenant billing, rent rolls, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and preparation of work agreements Assist with the preparation of 1099s to meet annual filing requirements Maintain accurate and complete statements and records for monthly activity Work alongside Controller and complete ad-hoc projects as needed Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes Qualifications 1+ years of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
