Key Responsibilities As an Agent in Training, your primary responsibilities will include: Driving new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies Conducting client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage Selling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Developing and maintaining strong client relationships , offering ongoing support and policy reviews Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets , contributing to overall agency growth Staying current on product knowledge and compliance requirements Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions What We’re Looking For We are seeking candidates who are passionate about sales , proactive, and professional. The ideal Agent in Training will have: 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn Strong organization and time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Bilingual abilities (a plus) Why Join Our Team?
