About the Role As an IT Support AssociateII, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that spans across a multitude of technical disciplines. Handle support requests and procedures across the network. Assist in training new hires. Continuously learn new technologies. Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers. Travel within your local or regional area to support customers. Basic Qualifications Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems. Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service. Can lift up to 49pounds, stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. At least 1year of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating‑system support experience (or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CompTIAA+, CompTIANetwork+, Cisco/ CCNA, Linux (RedHat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry‑relevant certifications.
