Key Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with availability across 7 days.
• Manage a patient load of 36 to 48 individuals during each 12-hour shift.
• Provide care in an urgent care environment across multiple clinic locations.
• Deliver medical services to a diverse patient demographic, from pediatric to geriatric (ages 6 months and older).
• Perform essential procedures including suturing, splinting, and managing abscesses and fractures.
• Operate as a solo provider while handling a high volume of patient care.
• Utilize virtual visit options as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in urgent care or emergency department settings is required.
• Proficiency in relevant medical procedures and patient management.

Working Conditions

This role involves high patient volume in an urgent care setting, requiring adaptability and efficiency. You will be supported with complimentary housing and travel arrangements, as well as assistance with licensing and malpractice costs. We also streamline the credentialing and privileging process for your convenience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $75.00 to $95.00, influenced by factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
