Position Summary Park Core Group is seeking an organized and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This entry-level position will support internal communications, client correspondence, operational coordination, and administrative activities related to our daily parking operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing and distributing internal communications and operational updates. Maintain accurate communication records, files, and documentation. Support client correspondence and respond to general inquiries in a professional manner. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and operational activities. Coordinate information between office staff, supervisors, and field teams. Qualifications Minimum requirements High school diploma or GED required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
