Colonie Landfill is looking for a seasonal safetyconscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join the team at our landfill in Cohoes, NY.

Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour / dependent on experience.

• Operating heavy equipment such as: bulldozers.
• Performingroutine inspectionand maintenance on equipment.
• Promotingcontinuous improvementof workplacesafetyand environmental practices.
• Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determinesafe and environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.

What we need from you:

• 2+ years' experience running heavy equipment
• Knowledge ofheavy equipment operationand maintenance.
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforcesafety procedures.
