About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance Shared Services to provide strategic leadership for its large, multi-function shared services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple finance shared services departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP, SOX, and gaming regulations. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The VP will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and exceptional internal client service, as well as leading system implementations and finance transformation projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a CPA and/or advanced degree, and at least 10 years of hospitality accounting or finance experience. A strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting is essential, as is experience with financial applications and casino management systems. The role requires the ability to influence executive leadership, collaborate across large organizations, and the capacity to obtain the highest level of gaming licensure. Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM, Cognos BI, Power BI, or similar financial systems, as well as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other process improvement/project management certifications, is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading finance transformation and shared services initiatives, and a passion for driving operational excellence, developing talent, and leading organizational change.
