Job Description As a Security Officer - Mornings - Full Time in Huntley, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven values. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.35 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying throughout the site. Monitor access to the facility, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report observations and upscale concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Possession of a Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
