General Urologist | High-Volume Practice with Robotics | Dayton, OH

Location: Kettering Health Main Campus Dayton, Ohio
Type: Full-Time | Hospital-Employed | BC/BE Urology

Kettering Health is recruiting a General Urologist to join a busy, well-established practice at our Main Campus in Dayton, Ohio . This opening offers immediate volume , strong APP support, and the autonomy to build a high-quality practice in a supportive environment. 

The Practice

• 7 urologists supported by 10 APPs , who allow physicians to focus on surgery and complex care rather than clinic overflow

• Broad case mix with the option to develop robotics, oncology, or general urology based on interest

• Dedicated robotics staff and reliable block OR access

• Epic EMR with streamlined clinic and procedural workflows

Technology & Capabilities

• DaVinci XI robotics

• Moses laser

• MRI fusion biopsy

• Aquablation, UroLift, InterStim

• Full in-office procedures including cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, stent removal, and more

Call & Lifestyle

• 1:7 (upon hire) call rotation

• Predictable schedule with shared coverage

Compensation & Support

• Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU-based productivity incentives

• 6 weeks PTO plus CME time and allowance
