Responsibilities

Assist customers with requests and inquiries via email and light phone.
Supervise assigned accounts.
Deliver customer expectations.
Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise.
Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available, and applicable to the customer order/shipment and receiving tallies.
Compile and submit accurate, regular, and timely reports as requested.
Provide customer statistics regarding shipments via email.
Report and document any irregularities to management immediately.
Prepare inbound and outbound paperwork
Retrieve and deliver paperwork to the control room in the warehouse
Will handle electronic and physical filing
Willing to assist other departments, including warehouse clerk if necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

One year of experience in a customer service-based setting handling incoming calls and emails, utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to provide resolution.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Warehouse management system and logistics experience preferred but not required
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Must be fluent in English

Pay Range:

$21.00 - $22.00 hourly

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
