Must-Have: Fetal Monitoring and Assessment Emergency Response Postpartum Care Time Management

Description: Candidates must be able to start within 7-10 days from offer acceptance. Weekly orientation is on Mondays. 48-hour work week guarantees are available. Blocked scheduling is an option. This position is in the Labor and Delivery department. The unit has 9 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1. The equipment used includes EHR systems like Centricity and Meditech. The supervisor for this role is Kendra Smith. The patient population served is adult. Common diagnoses and treatments include Normal Spontaneous Labor, Pre-Term Labor, Gestational Hypertension, Preeclampsia, Placenta Previa, Placental Abruption, Fetal Distress, Umbilical Cord Prolapse, and Postpartum Hemorrhage. Candidates should possess adaptability, be a team player, and have attention to detail. Strong communication skills and empathy are essential for this role. Dress code includes scrub color of Ceil Blue. Non-compliant scrub colors, slogans, graphics, or offensive content are not permissible. Inappropriate footwear is not allowed.
