Paramedic Education Manager - Fire Department/GRPSTC

The Glendale Regional Public Safety Training Center (GRPSTC) Paramedic Education Manager oversees all administrative, instructional, and operational aspects of the GRPSTC Paramedic Training Program. This position ensures compliance with state, local, and national regulations and standards, including Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), and Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) guidelines. The Paramedic Education Manager leads a team of EMS educators and support staff, providing strategic direction, curriculum development, instructional delivery, and quality assurance for one of Arizona’s premier paramedic training programs. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Public Health, EMS Management, or a related field, 5 years of EMS education, curriculum development, and program administration experience and one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience. A Bachelor's degree is required.
