Job Description:

We are currently hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support a health system in Grand Forks, ND.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment across a variety of settings, helping individuals improve functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional abilities and daily living skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist license in North Dakota or ability to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Prior clinical experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

$40-$55/hour depending on experience, setting, and schedule
Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN
