Role Staff nurse providing comprehensive patient care from birth through the lifecycle in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing processes. Ensure adherence to organizational policies. Coordinate activities to deliver high-quality nursing care. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school (required), Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred. Current Georgia RN license or multistate license (required), BCLS certification (required). Additional Certifications Certifications vary by specialty area, including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CDN, NRP, and others, with specific requirements based on unit specialization.
