Ensure operational excellence and customer success. Manage inventory control, shipping and receiving. Support customers with purchases and order fulfillment. Handle cash and credit transactions. Maintain accurate records and use basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office. Work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Flooring industry experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage daily branch operations. Experience supporting customers with purchases and order fulfillment. Comfortable handling cash and credit transactions. Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
