RETAIL FOOD SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to lead retail dining operations within a high-volume healthcare food service environment. This role oversees a unionized team and is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and innovation across multiple retail and service outlets. With a $2.25 M managed volume and a team of approximately 12 associates, this leader will play a key role in supporting broader Food & Nutrition Services operations as part of a collaborative, cross-functional leadership team.
