Job Description Job Description Busy Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Draper, Utah is looking for an Associate Attorney. General Job Description and Responsibilities Interview potential new clients Maintain case file and guide clients through the personal injury process Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements Draft pleadings, motions and other court-related documents Manage all aspects of discovery and ensure deadlines are met Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trial Conduct effective legal research and motion drafting General Requirements Must be current member in good standing of the Utah bar At least one (1) year of litigation experience handling Personal Injury cases Must be professional, polite, and attentive Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have competent computer and word-processing skills Must be able to multitask and meet appropriate deadlines Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary Commission and bonus structure Paid vacation and paid holidays Health, dental and vision insurance 401k plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Porrazzo|Rawlings Accident & Injury Law
